Review on Samsung Galaxy S10e SlimShield Series Encased Ultra-Slim Belt Case - Hard Cover with Holster Clip (Matte Black) by Robert Dingaling

They listed "Feel the difference Encased. Our Extra Mile promise backs every purchase with the friendly and knowledgeable support of our dedicated team.” Not so! I bought this case/holster 4 months ago and used it easily and discreetly. The back and sides of the case are already peeling off, like the others detailed here. Encased does not provide an email address for contacts, only a phone number. I've called a few times and after waiting I was put through to voicemail. Left them detailed info but no one called back. I have been using these Seidio pouches/holsters for many years and have never had any problems. This appears to be a poor quality product with non-existent support or customer service.
