This is the first time I have had anything other than an Otter case for my phone. When my boyfriend his mom and I got new phones, she bought this flip case/wallet and I liked it so I looked around and found this one (pink/gold color). When it arrived it was everything I wanted! It fits my Samsung Galaxy s10+ perfectly and the ID and bank card slots are very useful. The color is perfect for me, the small mirror inside is very clear, it's a great case and it's not cheap. Customer service is also excellent. I had an issue with the loop that the strap attaches to. The hard part came loose, so my suitcase started tearing right there. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a new case! My new case is perfect, no flaws and like I said, I love it! If you are looking for a wallet I highly recommend it!
