The customer support team is very professional in resolving queries related to implementation & customization projects at client end. It's an open source system with limited features when compared it against other enterprise solutions like SAP R3 etc which are much more robust for day-to-day operations as well as long term strategic planning purposes. We have been able to use this software successfully since its introduction by our organization several years ago but still feel that there could be some additional enhancements done especially within areas where we operate out most heavily such as inventory management.We mainly used exceloids soft systems (ERPS) product suite i.e., erp solution/hrms solution alongwith retail module or eSolutions for all operational needs including finance functions. This has enabled us not only automate processes across various departments however also facilitate better visibility into data from multiple sources thereby significantly improving overall efficiency levels while reducing errors during manual entry tasks.The ability to manage stock availability accurately using advanced barcode scanning.
