Overall good system with good support from their side.

The customer support team is very professional in resolving queries related to implementation & customization projects at client end. It's an open source system with limited features when compared it against other enterprise solutions like SAP R3 etc which are much more robust for day-to-day operations as well as long term strategic planning purposes. We have been able to use this software successfully since its introduction by our organization several years ago but still feel that there could
