I bought these to use in my RV and while I'm not unhappy with the purchase I'm not overly happy. I bought them as an all purpose bin sack, that was the wrong choice. Anything remotely pokie or anything with an edge is going to shed a tear right away. However! They are great for sorting recyclables, which is great for you if you have a landfill. They are also designed for food waste or other soft objects. They hold liquids very well as long as there is NOTHING that could puncture the bag. I'll also add that the bottom of the bag doesn't seal in a line, it seals by twisting and folding the plastic in half. This is of great importance with regard to the usable volume of the bag. The flat bottom allows dirt to settle in those corners. With this I have trouble twisting the tie at the top. All in all a worthwhile buy for the amount you get.
