I gave 4 stars for the heat distribution and cleaning although I haven't used them on pizza yet. I am a bit disappointed with the processing. No, I'm really very disappointed! It was perfect (cosmetics) when it arrived. Although I noticed a bubble on the surface. After a few weeks in the oven I noticed that the bubble had turned into a black spot. Well what I thought was a stain actually looks like a chip. Somehow this also happens in the steel corner. I'm assuming it's some sort of top layer that's corroding. That's why I gave it 3 stars. I hope that doesn't happen through all the steel.
