This is a high quality looking band, that only *slightly* doesn't match the rose gold of the Versa. It's very, very close. The pin lock/unlock mechanism makes it easy to change the band, and I haven't removed links to size the band yet, but it does come with its own link remover tool as well. As the Versa is brand new, I haven't worn it for an extended time to speak to durability, but it seems very sturdy and I would compare to the rose gold color, weight and quality of a Michael Kors rose gold watch I own.
