It seems to be a virtue - consider a free control panel, but the functionality for transferring photos to a PC, phone or cloud has been programmatically curtailed. Apparently a touch on the future lines of cameras, where it is still being implemented in full. Now it is only suitable for quickly posting a photo on social networks. Uploading to the cloud worked for the first time, but after a couple of months it began to give errors and no longer wants to work.
