I like that it was easy to set up for our organization which has multiple departments with different needs in terms of how they communicate internally as well externally (to customers). It doesn't do all things we need but those features are easily added when needed / requested from support team at no additional cost! Also their customer service/support makes me feel valued knowing there's someone who will help us out if something goes wrong :) Nothing so far - would be good having better integration between internal teams especially Marketing department using tools such as Slack or Zoom etc., also ability to customize templates could use some improvement as you can only select predefined options without being able edit them yourself. Our goal here initially is just getting people communicating effectively within small groups however eventually want this system rolled-out across entire organisation since everything should work together seamlessly regardless where an employee might physically sit.
