Mini is right! for computers and accessories

First, the bulb is not 13 cm but 9 cm from bow to stern. I'm a big guy, but if they want to use a very small person's hand to illustrate their massiveness, I can use my paw to illustrate their smallness. I haven't had to deal with the inability of the tip to stay in the bottle, which others have complained about, but I've just tested it a few times. It really got the dust off my point and shoot digital camera and cleaned my computer keyboard. To that extent it is functional. You can just get an adult earwax removal bulb and avoid the details.
