I've had it since May and Conair has changed it 4 times. I like the brush dryer but it's not worth the headache. The bristles flatten very quickly, stop working etc. Very poor quality. I bought an extended warranty as I've had issues with it in the past, but it doesn't work until a year after purchase. You are dealing with Conair under the warranty. They make you pay to send it back and try to charge you $5 to send a new one. They will refuse $5 if you let them ask for a manager. They just sent me a new one and it stopped blowing hot air in less than 2 weeks. I throw in the towel. Low quality.
