I built 12” cabinets between wall studs. In each cabinet, two small tension rods hold necklaces. One small tension rod holds the earring rack. You can see in the photo that I hung the earring rack upside down. The necklace hooks on the earring rack curl around the tension rod. The large closet rod hook on the bottom is not needed in my design. I could use a Dremel tool and cut it off.This is awesome! The metal is sturdy. I have a lot of jewelry and two of these cabinets hold all of my necklaces and earrings. I used to store my necklaces and earrings in various spots, some even in plastic ziplock bags in drawers. The cabinets allow me to organize and access things much more effectively.
