It's good to just have it around. You never know when you'll need them.
I thought buying them in packs of 10 was silly because I thought I only needed 2, but I've found a use for at least 8 packs. They are light and easy to install. I've used them to illuminate the center console storage area on a 2013 Acura RDX, footwell lights on a 2014 Acura ILX, and various other lights. . Some sockets seem to have polarity if you have to take them out and flip them back over, but it usually works on the first try. Suitable for more places than I thought.
