This is a great brush. This works really well because the bristles are stiff and don't bend back and forth like a cheap vegetable brush. If you are looking for a potato or carrot peeler, look no further. Buy this. You will be satisfied with your purchase. I plan to buy more for my daughter and relatives. I like the wooden handle as it doesn't break like plastic handles. But what impresses me the most is that the bristles are not artificial material, but Lechugilla agave. I watched and learned a lot about this amazing plant.
