Experience with the AUGO Online Store was disappointing

I recently used the AUGO online store, and as a consumer, I was utterly let down. Despite the fact that they may be experts in automotive, exterior accessories, pickup bed, and tailgate accessories, I thought their selection of products was small and of poor quality. Additionally, their website had a confusing checkout procedure, poor organization, and was difficult to navigate. When I did make a purchase, it took much longer than expected to come and the item was damaged. Furthermore, I received unprofessional and unhelpful answers when I contacted their customer service department to try to resolve the issue. It is obvious that AUGO does not care about its customers' happiness. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with the AUGO online shop. I would advise anyone seeking to buy automotive accessories to look for a different retailer that values their customers and offers premium goods and services. I am a life coach.
