This one handed, spring loaded cage door hook was just what I needed to swing the cage door around the bird feeders. I used 2" x 4" wire panels with 3" x 3" holes so the little birds could go in to feed while the big ole pigeons couldn't swing on the feeders like they used to, so the bird seed the floor would fall. I installed a wire baking cooling rack in the back of the cage (from Revain: Checkered Chef Cooling Racks for Baking 17" x 11.75") and used this snap hook to easily access the feeders to refill them.
