Bought these tea lights as an accent for my daughter's evening outdoor wedding. They were placed all over the house. including hiking trails. I lit one up 24 hours before the wedding as I wanted to turn it on the night before (more on that in a moment). The lights flicker and look like a real candle, VERY bright. In fact, I returned to the property a few days later in the evening and thought these little bright candles (which are still burning!) were solar spotlights that we were putting under the trees along the had placed driveway. As an experiment, I left one in the votive until it blew. It took over a WEEK for this little candle to stop glowing; I mean it had 250 to 400 hours of run time. My kids now fall asleep next to one, I turn them off at night, and the same candles have been burning for more than a month. Excellent purchase!
