I wanted to like them so much I don't even mind that they look ridiculous but. they DO NOT BREATHE. Your feet will sweat immediately. My goal when buying was to have something as loose as socks with a little protection at the bottom, but I always aim to take them off 2 minutes after putting them on. There's just no ventilation. I think they're trying to make them waterproof or waterproof for those who prefer to walk in them, but I'm hearing they don't really achieve that, but those of us looking for comfort are sure to suffer from the heat. Such a shame!
