WHITIN Minimalist Barefoot Sock Shoes: Non Slip Water Shoes for Women & Men - Multi-Purpose & Ultra Portable Review

I bought these for sims as they have good grip and are more rubbery than sim racing socks. They are perfect for what I use them for and they are very comfortable and grippy. Heel and toe movement is comfortable thanks to rubber on the sides of the foot. The only downside I've experienced is tiny bits of rubber that "fall off" when they were brand new.

I love the feel of them, as well as the easy on and off and the sticky outsole with a heavy rubber tread. They may be a bit big but can be worn with thick socks. I hope they hold out and it looks like they will. I will also order a size smaller and depending on how they hold up I think these could very well be my new style of shoes.

Soles fall like crazy. I use them to run on my treadmill because it's as close to being barefoot as you can get. I don't drag my feet, and yet the soles keep tearing, rags of rubber fall off. Not only is this a nuisance, but if you wear them outdoors as intended, you'll foul the beaches with gum. I don't know, doesn't seem like a good design, but other than that they're decent.

I tried to buy Whitin shoes. Now three different types. Very dissatisfied with the material they are made of. Cheap, smelly, recycled molded rubber and plastic (poly this and that, but if you look at it, it's plastic). Unfavorable. Not even close to the selling price. I wanted to like them so much I don't even mind that they look ridiculous but. they DO NOT BREATHE. Your feet will sweat immediately. My goal when buying was to have something as loose as socks with a little protection at the bottom, but I always aim to take them off 2 minutes after putting them on. There's just no ventilation. Feels great on foot, just keep an eye out for future buyers - be sure to get at least a size up, if not two, than your usual shoe size. I'm a 10 male and took 11 it's just the right size and I think 12 would be a little bit better. One concern I've seen from others and can now confirm is that the toe box is a bit small for a "barefoot" shoe. It could be nice if there was a little more space.

They are worth the money I paid, they are comfortable. I was a little upset that my garden was left with the porch and side porch they usually supply.

It's awesome! I tested them by walking a bit in the snow. The feet are still completely dry and relatively warm. Can't wait to get out in the warmer weather and see how they fare on some trails!

I'm not sure what the concept of this shoe is. The sole is uneven and uncomfortable; The "sock" part is made of polyester like you use for water shoes.

These really are sandals. There is no support between the legs and the ground and nothing but socks and a thin layer of "rubber". Fit great, feel fantastic, very durable and not bad when you walk or park in them. The only thing I like is the elasticity. I wish they had more wraps around the foot and ankle to keep them from slipping off. Wore them in the lake and got handfuls of sand and rocks because they don't wrap well around my ankle.

I have started working 11 hour shifts as a chef we have to wear non slip boots over our shoes all shoes I have worn and that at 1pm the boot will leave me with terrible pain in both feet caught i take off my shoes and use boots WITH BARE FEET AND NO PAIN, so these came in handy for not just being in socks with boots! 11 Hours of Standing WITHOUT PAIN AND MORE!

I hate wearing shoes. Especially if you go to my mailbox or just walk down the street. They are perfect and feel very good. I have sweaty feet so it can be a bit uncomfortable when it's really hot outside but to be honest it would happen to me in any shoe haha.

These are my new favorite training shoes. The bottom offers the most natural look of any shoe I've ever owned. But why do they have to be so ugly? Why can't you make them look like regular shoes as much as possible? I wish I could wear them all the time, but they look too weird. In addition, the fabric should be more breathable.

The soles of these shoes are very sticky. I just did a test fit, walked 5 steps around my house and picked up some cat hair, dust spots and whatever dirty stuff I could find. I can't imagine how messy they would look on the street or in a store. They also stick to the ground, even too well. Your typical shoe, sock, or even barefoot slips a bit on flat surfaces. Not this one. They also make a "sticky sound" when lifted off the ground. They may do well on rocky terrain where you need very grippy…

We bought these for my husband who has late stage Parkinson's to keep his feet from slipping when trying to transfer from his wheelchair. Ordinary non-slip hospital socks were not enough. They offer excellent traction. You are very close to his leg. We have to take them off every night because they don't "breathe" and his feet sweat a lot when he wears them.
