Directions don't help at all

They only give you directions for the one that doesn't change color So 3 wires on the ring and 2 wires from the brake lights I can make the light come on but then the bright one changes Doesn't light, when you step on the brake it turns red. I hope it's not the same as my halo headlights from the same company. I connected a fused wire to my AC fuse and it won't turn on. crap, don't buy it. Sorry, even YouTube or the internet doesn't have any videos or guides on how to connect.
