This product is as advertised. I bought the queen size and it fits perfectly. I really like that it does NOT have a net covering the entire bottom mattress like the old one I replaced. With the net covering the entire bottom mattress, the top mattress must be removed to allow the border to fit around the bottom mattress. With this product, you can easily install it without worrying about the top mattress. This skirt is easy to attach, easy to line all around and attractive. It's perfect, super easy to install and that's all I need. I actually ordered another skirt in a different color. I RECOMMEND this product to anyone who needs a mattress protector that is easy to install, fits perfectly, is attractive and protects the underside of the mattress from dirt that the dog rubs on. Mattress in the absence of that skirt.
