Arrived with rust on the blades, the scissors fell apart

scissors arrived with rust on the blades. And when I tried to hold him, the blades of the scissors literally parted. I sent it back but didn't get a refund. I then ordered them again hoping to get at least one new pair of scissors but to my disappointment the second pair of scissors were also rusty and made the same way where the blades diverge. would not recommend
