I bought these for my 2 year old who has been getting naughty lately. Thought it might be a good way to hear where he is when he's out of sight. He actually likes to jump in and listen to the squeaks. If he is in the room watching tv or playing I can hear him when he is walking and follow him before he makes any noise haha. There is a way to remove the squeaker which I do when we go out because it can be noisy when there is a lot of walking. In terms of comfort, padding in the insole and outsole provide support and cushioning. The leather and stitching on the outside are of good quality and he can make the velcro himself. The bottom of the shoe is also decorated with adorable crocodile prints.
