Perfect size for a gym bag to hold your locker key, smartphone (music app), wireless headphones, flash drive (to connect to some devices with a USB port for recording of workouts) and facial suits handkerchief and water bottle. Small items that I use, otherwise they get lost or lost when moving from one training station to another. Losing a water bottle or facial tissue isn't a problem, but if I forget a smartphone, wireless headphones, or USB stick, I've lost all three (albeit temporarily).
