I asked many questions before purchasing this booster and have always received a prompt response. Almost always within an hour. I was very concerned because my tower is about 9 miles from me. I had to stand by the window if I was going to have any chance of getting a reception. Now I have good reception everywhere in my house. (I've learned that bands don't mean that much. I use two Verizon network phones. One now gives me 4 bands, the other 2, but now they both work fine anywhere in my two story house.
