Pay attention to American women, the size is larger than usual. You see in other posts that the shoe needs some arch support and cushioning. Do not order half a size up to make room for the supports as the shoes are large to begin with. This may be due to the larger width. If you are a size 7 and usually wear a size 7 but buy a size 7.5 to fit panels, go for a size 7. A size 7.5 fits like a size 8 and is wider. So if you are medium size you can choose skinny but if you are skinny I don't think this would be your favorite shoe.
