UPDATE: I am lowering my rating from 4 stars to 2. Make sure you purchase the Asurian plan with this. Less than a year of having it and only using it indoors, it quit working. One of the wheels is permanently frozen, so it only spins in circles now and won't go back and forth anymore. It has been well taken care of without any drops or spills. It still looks brand new because we've taken such good care of it, but alas, it's useless now. Thankfully Asurian took care of us and refunded us. We're going to buy a different brand.I strongly recommend you watch YouTube videos on how to safely get on and off this thing BEFORE using for the first time. The instructions are useless. My 10-year-old's first time on it, she fell off and fractured her tailbone and sprained her wrist. She couldn't figure out how to get off of it safely and fell right off of it on her birthday. had to go straight to the ER for x-rays. It was one heck of a birthday. Now that we've watched YouTube videos on these things, she has mastered it and zips around the house without a problem.
