This is a great security system. I was surprised by the installation east! Once you have the cables routed and everything connected, just turn it on and it basically works! A quick setup wizard is all you need to do to get your system up and running. I highly recommend this device.

You'd think that $569 would come with instructions that actually relate to the system that's in the box. Absolutely annoying that nobody answers the phone and that the recommendations are useless. But it looks like a great system! Oh my god, it looks amazing in the box.

All you have to do is simply scan the barcode and you can download the mobile app to your iPhone right away. All the necessary network cables are included, so you don't have to worry about ordering them separately. This is a plug and play system. Good for your home or office.

Bought these cameras a few months ago. After mustering up the courage to stand on the stairs for a month, I finally installed the system. Everything was working great until it started raining. The fear of a lost camera is terrible. A day after reconnecting all the cables everything was fine so I didn't think it had anything to do with rain. Since it rained a few more times and 4 my cameras aren't working. Now I'm past the return window, can I at least get some working cameras?

We believe the hard drive failed within the first 2 months. You can't get anyone from the service department to talk to you - they keep sending emails asking for more screenshots. We are in our third week of email correspondence with screenshots. Not only is this annoying, they have to be smart enough to just ship a new system. The problem is that the device does not record. Pretty easy to set up once you get the hang of it. I had to call tech support. And it turns out you should have a 1080 monitor. When I had that, it was actually quite easy just running the setup wizard to pretty much throw it in. I have to say the reporting and the picture is crazy, I just get my garden, I get the neighbor's garden, I get across the street. sound works great. The app on my phone works great.
