Absolutely incredible project. In addition to deep hip issues, this tool has helped me resolve many issues with my body, some of which have gotten worse over the years. I've tried many massage therapists, most if not all have focused on deep tissue and this one is the best. The ability to know, control and target specific problem muscle groups and knots is amazing. Even if I spent hours telling someone where to go, they wouldn't be able to do it the way this tool did. It's expensive, but it's paid for itself twice over and I'm nowhere near where I need to be. Almost all therapists have told me that I would need 5-8+ shoulder/back and hip sessions in different sessions, but with this tool I can slowly work them out over several weeks on my own and save potential costs. $1000+ on my first wave of treatments, but I still have the tools to do everything smoothly afterwards. Amazing after workout, yoga and any type of exercise. I started using it post workout in addition to my old knots and it's amazing! It really helps you get to know your body. I have a warranty, but even if this product breaks after a few months and I wasn't under warranty, it was worth it. I have many years of protection, this will definitely be one of my best purchases.
