Bought this for polishing resin as the highest grit I had was 5000 and it got me close but not quite where I wanted it to be. Graininess, that would be what I needed to finish. Not as much! The 7000 grit made my piece cloudy again. 15000 couldn't even light it. Wouldn't recommend it.
