Have you ever bought something with good reviews and when you received it you were immediately surprised at what a limp idiot designed it; This is this product. I rarely review anything, but this one deserves a review because it's so utterly useless that it miraculously costs less than the materials it's made from. The concept is clever: a stand that is easy to adjust and attach to the surface. How, you ask, does he fail with such a simple concept? It boils down to two downsides, a cheaply made binding and an overly stiff neck. First the vulture. The amount of effort required to move the stand at will is simply absurd. Although the neck can be moved, this isn't something that can be done with one hand or even with moderate effort. Don't expect to set it up easily once installed. Now the base. The problems here are twofold: plastic construction and useless grips. The included foam grips have the strength to hold a pair of socks to wood; it's not captivating. This combined with the plastic that deforms when tightened means the mount does absolutely nothing to hold the tablet securely. A simple attempt to adjust the gooseneck will result in the base slipping and sliding and eventually loosening. This could have been avoided with a quality handle material and metal construction. Now it's time to take stock. If you want a tablet stand that looks comfy but ends up being less practical, then keep the damn thing to yourself, buy it. If you want something useful, this is not it. look elsewhere
