One of the things we do with them is broadcast 2.4MHz Wi-Fi outdoors. It's not that simple, but there are several articles on the internet that describe how it works. The signal sweeps through the trees. I have a good view through the trees app and in front of the device, 100Mbps+. On the other side of the trees 50 Mbps, which is quite manageable. I had one like this before and it still works, has been working for over 5 years now.
