An easy way tp manage various project
I like the ease of use and the option to add multiple projects. I dislike that the reports are only available for projects in which I am the owner, and I dislike that it seems to be missing some of the features I used to have in the older versions. There are many different plugins to choose from, but if you are looking for a more complicated version, you might want to take a look at other options. We use Redmine to track our projects, and it allows us to use the same database for all of our projects. This has made it easier to keep track of all of our work.
Pros
- The ability to create new tickets with custom fields makes this an excellent tool when managing project based tasks online; we can assign users roles easily (e.g., Team Leaders) through permissions set up within each ticket/project profile page using their email address instead of setting them manually by user ID number every time they submit feedback or any issue report!
