This case (with the phone inside) was tied to my kayak when I hit the rapids and flipped over. The kayak, phone, and suitcase were dragged a quarter mile downriver before the others could retrieve them. My phone was still dry! I wish I could say the same about myself. The touchscreen and camera work great in the case, I took the picture above before flipping it. Well, if they could make the enclosure big enough for a person to sit in, I wouldn't get wet.
