Great set of door tracks for barn doors. We installed a $400 Lowes barn door that came with excellent top hard plastic bottom tracks that were barely visible. Due to the way my door is configured, I had to use the included wall mounted plastic track along with the included floor track to keep my door guided at all times and unable to rotate freely. It was an odd, jerky setup, and it looked bad on top of that. These two tracks match the expensive black metal of the expensive hardware at the top of the door and generally do a better job than the included plastic tracks (which are guided by a thin vertical member in the matching track). into a slot on the underside of the door). These rails hold the gate between two rollers that can be adjusted to accommodate different gate widths. The only downside is that unlike slotted guides, they can leave marks on the door as they slide between the rollers. We don't move the door back and forth often enough to present a likely problem, but for a door in a high traffic area, this would be a potentially negative factor to consider.
