I put this hat on a form to try to straighten out the top. I've sprayed the entire thing with Febreze and smoothed it as best I can hoping that it will be wearable. It's a very cute hat and I love the color and weight. Hopefully I can make this wearable. Unfortunately when I buy something I don't think I should have to make it wearable. Shame on the company for the way they're dealing with their merchandise. Buyer beware.
