I put this hat on a form to try to straighten out the top. I've sprayed the entire thing with Febreze and smoothed it as best I can hoping that it will be wearable. It's a very cute hat and I love the color and weight. Hopefully I can make this wearable. Unfortunately when I buy something I don't think I should have to make it wearable. Shame on the company for the way they're dealing with their merchandise. Buyer beware.

Hat arrived in a folded package. Nice hat but I just couldn't get out any of the many folded creases. Even wet it - on the creases with water and used a hand held hot steamer. The hat has sat for month and still has all the creases none have disappeared. Other similar hats I purchased that arrived folded the creases were released after hot steamer. It's rare for me to give poor reviews but maybe if they store, package and/ship it differently . I'm sure I would have given it higher scoring.

It was folded to fit in a small bag. That's my feedback. I may never get the 20 + creases out. For that reason I won't recommend.

The hat fit well but was too floppy, and I couldn’t see over the brim in front of my eyes. Ordered a different hat and am glad because it was too windy at a beach and the floppy hat would have been flopping around ;)

Cute Cute Foldable Hat. Great protection from the Sun from total shade to partial shade. Easy to store, just fold it up and put into a backpack or suitcase,

Didn’t expect it to look the way it does. When it arrives it’s neatly folded up in the package, but pleasantly surprised when I took it out and placed it on my head! I felt glamorous and this is a very nice accessory to have for any casual outfit or bathing suit! 🤩

I love the hat. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it was scrunched up and put inside an envelope. I will have to take a steamer to it to get the wrinkles out. Hopefully that works. I don't feel that I should have had to purchase a steamer to get wrinkles out of a hat that should be packaged properly.

I wanted to love this hat but the packaging created a crease in the top of the hat and the sides that did not settle with time or water.

The hat can be worn with the bathing suit or just simply the dress up I love the way it completed my outfit! That's my feedback!

overall, a great hat. It may not be fashionable enough for certain events. just couldnt wear it with the outfit I bought it for because the color was waaaaay off.

Love this sun hat! It does run a bit larger and is loose however there’s a strap that can be tied together to help tighten it around your head. There is also that elastic that you can use to keep the hat from flying off but it seems a little tight under my chin.

Got this hat for a Derby party, and it worked out well, but had to iron all the creases out because the packaging was poor. It might be too lightweight and blow off in wind.

The hat looks very high end. However, it is folded in 4 then put in an envelope. There are creases in it when you unfold it that do not come out, maybe over time or maybe it can be steamed. I'm not unhappy with it and am super glad I bought it, just wish there was a better way to pack it.

This hat arrived scrunched up in packaging and had extreme creases. Even after steaming, I was not able to get all the wrinkles out of the hat. I even laid it flat overnight with weights on it, but there were still creases in the brim the next day. You get what you pay for!

I love this hat its super cute, but i do not own an iron and the creases dont come out otherwise. Hats & Caps! Its kind of annoying.

It was folded up really tight and crammed into a little bag, so it had permanent creases in it when it arrived. I tried everything I could think of to get them out but couldn't.
