The best software ever to manage employee's data and other HR related matters
It has enabled us, through its many features like payroll processing & management of employees' details in one place which we could track easily as well with our managers or supervisors who can access it from anywhere at any time for their easy monitoring purposes! I have noticed no downsides so far but if there are then please let me know right away because this would be very helpful!! We used premier hr mainly due keeping all records regarding employment process under 1 platform while having an option available online by anyone without going back home (which saves tons amountt o travel expenses).
Pros
- Payroll Processing
- Employee Management
- Attendance Tracking/ Time attendance sheet etc.
- Sick Leave Requests& Approvals to Employees via Mobile App too.and much more options within same software!!!
Cons
- Nothing is disliked until now except maybe when you need support team assistance sometimes they may take lotsa long hours
