Excellent leather repair kit! It has everything you need to repair a crack, hole or tear at a great price. I was worried that the quality wouldn't be up to par because it's one of the cheapest options, but it's not. I had a big hole in the driver's seat of my car. (I've added before, during and after photos) The car is new to us otherwise I would have closed the gap before it got so big. I was worried it would be too big for this kit or just too big to fix. This was no problem either! The glue bothered me too. The gap was in the usual place in the car seat. An area that wears out from constant sitting. There was nothing special about applying the glue, but once it dried it hardened! I was amazed at how strong it seems. Been using it for a week already and it seems durable and durable. However, I had problems with the paint. I didn't think about the color matching. All I really wanted was to close the gap. Since no one but me and my husband would ever see the fixed product, it didn't matter what it looked like. But the color was there and I thought I could paint it. The instructions are somewhat vague and general. Painted in the garage at 20 degrees weather (also glue). The glue dries with a hair dryer in about 3 hours (recommended 4 hours). You have to let the paint dry for 24 hours, which we knew beforehand and I planned accordingly. It must have been cold weather (didn't want to wait months for the end of winter to fix this seat) but after 42 hours it still felt sticky even after an hour and a half of the occasional blow dry. I ended up taking a damp paper towel and wiping off as much paint as I could because I had to use my car. Overall this is a great product at a very reasonable price.
