We tried over seven types ranging from $50 to $199 as Vine reviewers, and she says the two heads outperform every other design. It's not the easiest, but I like the fact that it takes full advantage of it about 70% of the time. (I don't mind using this for a sports massage, but I'm only good for 10-12 minutes. I get bored at 3-20, although she likes it). We both highly recommend it and we've tried enough options to have a legitimate and informed opinion. It is also convenient that USB-C is used for this and we use about 5-7 ten to twenty minutes before we have to charge. (I honestly don't track it and plug it in every 3-5 days to recharge). When my wife asks for a massage she points out that I take this gun and she was disappointed that one time it was unloaded and I went back to using another.
