I like that it is easy for my clients' users in different locations around the world, who are using multiple devices (including mobile) so they can chat with me from anywhere! The software has been great at handling all of our needs as we have grown over time - but there isn't much else out their yet if you're looking specifically for something new or improved. We've used this product since 2010 when it was called LivePerson Chatroom Pro. It's always worked well enough until now where some issues arise which cause us problems sometimes even though these were known about before purchase. There may be other products available today than what we use; however most likely not many will offer such strong customer support across various platforms including web & app integration along w/ cross platform capabilities allowing them to work seamlessly together within one toolset rather then having.
