Easy and affordable live video chatting solution

I like that it is easy for my clients' users in different locations around the world, who are using multiple devices (including mobile) so they can chat with me from anywhere! The software has been great at handling all of our needs as we have grown over time - but there isn't much else out their yet if you're looking specifically for something new or improved. We've used this product since 2010 when it was called LivePerson Chatroom Pro. It's always worked well enough until now where someโ€ฆ

  • Easy UI
  • Good service response times via emails.
  • Support team very responsive during incidents / questions answered promptly throughout day without hassle involved :)
Cons
  • Not too expensive compared vs competition
  • No more upgrades planned?
