I will NEVER buy Travelpro again. The strap detaches from the backpack in less than 60 days (after the return period has expired, of course). Customer service is non-existent. They are only open on Mondays from 11am to 12.15pm and from 1.15pm to 4pm. Emails go unanswered for weeks. When they finally respond, they tell them to go to a certified repair shop. Someone in my state is no longer accepting bags due to COVID (what? I can't send the bag in for repairs?). Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service AND product. Go somewhere else! I am very sorry for the money spent!
