My husband bought 2 of these, one white, one pink, to photograph a newborn relative. The intention was to give her blankets as well. The good news is that white is white and pink is baby pink. Blankets are soft. The bad news: They're frustratingly flimsy and fragile, in contrast to the plethora of big, thick, and durable plush blankets you can find in mass-produced items. We expected much better based on the reviews and the price. You can buy thick plush adult throws for $10-20 and we expected them to be of high quality as they are much smaller but still cost $15 each. We expected something she would love to hug as a child, but it is NOT. Therefore, they are useful for photographing a child, but are NOT considered a gift for a child in terms of spending.
