When bought in February 2022 it worked fine. Now it's difficult to get it to stay on or stay connected to my laptop. Sometimes plugging and unplugging works. But its use is becoming more and more problematic. 08/29/22 - I communicate regularly with the seller. They will send me another monitor. I appreciate their responsiveness and have changed my assessment. I really appreciate following and good customer service. Products sometimes don't work. However, I put more emphasis on how the manufacturer corrects the situation. This company has a good reputation.
