Cheap but mediocre quality
The price is right. But the sandpaper arrives rolled up and is almost impossible to unroll, making tearing/cutting/sizing a nuisance when it shouldn't be. This paper also breaks down faster in water than higher quality papers. I personally would rather pay a few bucks more for no curls. Waterproof doesn't really matter. I just want others to know what they're getting.
