I have blond hair that fades in the sun in the summer, but in winter the roots grow darker and it seems as if I dye my hair, in general, the look is not very good. I don’t want to paint, because for many years it was clarified, until the ends began to fall off, then I grew my own for a long time, so this spray is a godsend for me. The roots were clarified the first time (splashed only on the roots of the hair), for greater clarification I used 2 times. But it dries the hair, so until the hair grows back, I won’t use it yet, after all, peroxide is in the composition. I recommend using it in situations like mine, you should not use it many times as the manufacturer writes. My opinion is 2-3 times a month and that's it.
