Very disappointed!: camera and photo

I have used Canon cameras for many years --- compacts, DSLRs (I currently use a Canon 70D) and camcorders --- and am happy with everyone else. I really like the features of this camera and take good flash shots with it, but lots of horrible low light blurry photos at ISO 400 with no flash. I am extremely disappointed
