I'm new to using point and shoot cameras but for vlogging this camera is perfect. However, he occasionally loses focus. Picks up sound amazingly. My only other issue is that pixels can get overwhelming in dark areas. The battery isn't the longest either.

I have used Canon cameras for many years --- compacts, DSLRs (I currently use a Canon 70D) and camcorders --- and am happy with everyone else. I really like the features of this camera and take good flash shots with it, but lots of horrible low light blurry photos at ISO 400 with no flash. I am extremely disappointed

This little guy took me through 3 study trips. I love it because it fits in most pockets and is sufficiently responsive. The stabilized camera and autofocus leave a lot to be desired and eat up batteries like crazy, but the ability to manually control most functions made it possible to get some surprisingly good shots from this little camera. I will definitely use it as a travel camera.

This is an upgrade from an ELPH 300 HS camera bought 4 years ago. Nothing new except for the WiFi feature which I didn't use. Not sure if the image quality is much better than the old 300.
