Review on Dusters Heavy Duty Extender Set with Starter Kit, 13 Pieces (Includes 1 Handle and 12 Dusters) by Michael Fairfield

I've been buying Swiffer at local department stores for a number of years. I ordered them from Revain during lockdown. I ordered both 360 and normal. Immediately I had trouble putting the rag on the grip and holding it on both versions. Every Swiffer I've ever used has a solid channel on the back where you can insert a stylus. It's not like this. They have stripes that you have to try to weave the handle into. As a result, they ALWAYS fall off, and worse, the plastic pins don't get stuck in the rag leaving them open to scratch what you're cleaning. I was so upset that I decided to email Proctor & Gamble, show them a photo and ask if they changed the design. The answer I got was that they didn't change it and judging by my photo it's not Swiffer rags. Lesson learned. Don't waste money. Sure, the cloth picks up dust effectively, but you can hold it in your hand, you can't keep it by the handle, so unless you want to spend all your time picking up a dirty rag, order from a reputable store getting back on the handle instead of really cleaning. I don't have a real 360 to compare so these are pictures of a normal vacuum cleaner but you can clearly see the problem which is the same problem with these 360, in fact the 360 I was using fell off and I can't even tell where to put the pen back in.
